Signals

How do I dismiss a signal?

How to clear a signal when it has been handled and when you should leave it open instead.

When to dismiss Dismiss a signal only after the real-world issue has been handled or when the data is clearly not actionable.

Good examples - The client was called and the job was scheduled. - The invoice was paid and confirmed. - The record is a duplicate or an intentional demo item.

When to leave it open If the issue still needs action, keep it visible. A signal that is still unresolved should stay in the queue until someone handles it.

Why this matters Signals are most useful when they stay tied to real work. Dismissing too early makes the dashboard look clean while the business problem is still there.
