Active jobs Active jobs are work items that still need attention. They may be approved, scheduled, in progress, or waiting on a next step.
Completed jobs Completed jobs are the jobs that have been finished and should no longer be driving daily follow-up.
Why the split matters Active jobs tell you what still needs work today. Completed jobs help you measure performance, close the loop, and review what happened after the crew left the site.
Simple rule If it still needs a call, crew assignment, invoice action, or review, treat it as active.
