Upload point Open the Import records action in the app sidebar. That is where CSVs, PDFs, and other source files enter the system.
Supported files - CSV exports from Jobber, ArborNote, SingleOps, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets. - PDF invoices and export packets. - Images of printed pricing sheets when you need a quick capture.
What happens after upload We validate the file, normalize the data, and show you anything that looks ambiguous before the final import.
Best practice If you are testing the product for the first time, start with one recent export and one invoice PDF. That gives you a quick read on the matching quality without a heavy lift.
